You’ll follow a simple weekly framework that focuses on hydration, calorie awareness, protein, short workouts, food freedom, and daily steps.
You’ll post at least 2 meals on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for accountability and guidance, complete one weekly challenge, and follow a clear plan designed to improve digestion, consistency, and results.
This is not 1-on-1 coaching, but it is led, structured, and intentional. It’s designed to help you build momentum and decide if deeper 1-on-1 coaching is the right next step.
